Because those who hold space also deserve to be held

Supporting Those Who Support Others

Over the years of working with committed therapists and practitioners, I have gradually recognised a natural ability to support those whose role is to support others.
Within this space of peer connection, subtle dynamics of mutual support and co-creation emerge, opening the way to deep healing, inner realignment, and greater personal sovereignty.

Being a healer, therapist, or practitioner often means offering steady presence to others — frequently during times of vulnerability, transition, or profound change. In a rapidly shifting world, where demands are many and the pace of life continues to accelerate, it is essential that those who give support are themselves supported.

If your path involves caring, listening, guiding, or holding space for others, it is both natural and necessary to tend to your own balance. The body, heart, mind, and subtle layers of being also require care, listening, and renewal.

If you support others through your work and feel the need for a space to rest, realign, or be held in turn, I would be both happy and honoured to support you through my practice.
Being supported as a healer allows you to show up with greater clarity, presence, and steadiness — and to continue offering your work with integrity and depth.

Self-care is not optional for those who accompany others; it is an essential part of the journey.
